Hatebreed Signs With BLKIIBLK Records, Plans New Album for Fall 2026

June 11, 2026 Atlanta Music Press

Hatebreed is opening its next chapter with a new label and another full-length record on the way.

The Grammy-nominated Connecticut hardcore band has signed with BLKIIBLK Records, the metal and hard rock imprint operated by Frontiers Label Group. The partnership will launch with Hatebreed’s ninth studio album, expected to arrive in fall 2026.

A title, tracklist and firm release date have not yet been announced. The album is being produced by longtime collaborator Zeuss, whose history with Hatebreed includes some of the band’s most recognized material.

Frontman Jamey Jasta described the label move as a fresh start backed by a strong team. He also emphasized the trust Hatebreed has developed with Zeuss, whose relationship with the musicians extends well beyond the studio control room.

That familiarity should matter. Hatebreed has spent more than three decades turning personal resolve, metallic riffs and floor-shaking breakdowns into a language shared across hardcore and metal. The upcoming record follows 2020’s Weight of the False Self, making it the band’s first album in six years.

BLKIIBLK label head Mike Gitter said the company views Hatebreed as both an established name in heavy music and a band that remains creatively relevant. The imprint is part of Frontiers Label Group and distributes its releases globally through The Orchard.

Before the new album arrives, Hatebreed will return to the road this summer. Its July schedule includes stops in Reading, Virginia Beach, Worcester, Cincinnati, Nashville, New Orleans, Houston, Austin, Denver, Chicago, Toronto and other cities.

The closest currently announced date for Atlanta-area listeners is July 8 at Brooklyn Bowl Nashville. No Atlanta performance appears on the initial run.

Hatebreed’s current lineup features Jasta on vocals, Wayne Lozinak and Frank Novinec on guitars, Matt Byrne on drums and Carl Schwartz on bass.

More album information and new music are expected as the fall release window approaches.
